Studio Rental
Available for private classes, workshops, photo, video shoots, & rehearsals.

Rental requests are handled exclusively by our offsite Rentals Coordinator, available via email Monday–Thursday, 11 AM–5 PM. Closed Friday thru Sunday. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. Same-day or weekend requests cannot be guaranteed.

We offer competitive rental rates and can arrange one time rentals, as well as long standing rentals.
If you teach a class we do not offer, and would like to rent space to conduct weekly classes, please feel free to reach out to us as well.
Due to a busy dance class schedule, most availability is before 4pm Mondays through Thursdays or on weekends.
Rental requests should be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
We maybe unable to fulfill requests submitted within 5 days of your event.

RENTAL COMMUNICATION:

Once a Rental Request Form is submitted, please allow 24-48 business hours for processing requests. We are CLOSED Friday through Sunday.

Our Rentals Coordinator works remotely and is not on-site. They are available to assist via email only. Requests received on Fridays-Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

RENTAL DETAILS:

Please fill out the RENTAL REQUEST FORM to inquire about room rentals, occupancy and pricing.

Payments must be received in full, in advance of the rental date.

No refunds for studio rental cancellations within 48 hours of rental date.

Food/drinks permitted with prior approval. Water is always allowed.

Free parking.

Submitting a rental request form does not guarantee space.

Due to the nature of our business, we are no longer able to fullfil rental requests for classes or events with adult content.

No animals allowed in the studio space, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).

Smile! You're on camera! For security reasons our cameras being monitored 24/7 for the safety of all parties.
LIABILITIES:

You are responsible for the cleanliness of all areas utilized, including lobby areas and restrooms.

You assume responsibility for any damages caused by you, your instructors, students, and guests.
